Meet our new Clinical Director

We are thrilled to announce that Kathy Thomas has joined MissioCare Collective as our new Clinical Director!

Kathy is a follower of Christ. Her identity is summed up in Him.

Kathy is a licensed psychologist and board-certified in neuropsychology. She has taught graduate classes/servant leadership classes at Multnomah University, Pepperdine University, Phoenix Seminary and Development Associates International. In addition to working in local ministry, she has also consulted for missionary teams in Italy, Russia, Africa, and Cambodia. Kathy has a special place in her heart for global worker care, conflict resolution, assessments and trauma recovery.

For MCC Kathy conducts assessments, provide guidance for care teams, trainings and trauma-informed care assuring the integration of evidence-based practices with a biblical world-view.

We invite you to join us in praying for Kathy as she begins her role as Clinical Director. Her wisdom, compassion, and expertise are a gift—to our team, to the broader mission community, and to every global worker seeking care and renewal in difficult seasons.
