Making a Difference Together - Impacting Frontline Workers!

Since January of 2025, MCC has had the privilege of traveling to four countries—France, Romania, Portugal, and Argentina—to offer vital member care. These visits are at the heart of our mission: to encourage, equip, and walk alongside those serving faithfully in diverse and often challenging contexts around the world.

France: Refreshing Connections

In France, we had the privilege of spending meaningful time with global workers serving in challenging urban contexts. Through consequential conversations and walking through their daily routines, moments of deep soul connection were created. The days together offered a safe and sacred pause for those faithfully proclaiming the gospel in a culture often indifferent to the message of Christ’s love and grace. Once again, we were reminded of the vital role of member care—especially in regions where ministry is slow, relationships take time, and spiritual encouragement is rare. Your prayers truly made room for restoration and hope.

Romania: Encouragement in the Heart of Eastern Europe

Romania offered powerful moments of connection with long-standing workers and new teams alike. We traveled to several regions to listen, pray, and walk alongside those involved in youth outreach, church planting, and refugee support. Amid shifting political and social landscapes, your global workers are standing firm—and they were deeply uplifted by the presence and support you helped make possible.

Portugal: Supporting Teams

In Portugal, we provided care to a team of global workers, many of whom are facing transitions in ministry and family life. We focused on listening well, offering spiritual direction, and helping staff take next steps with clarity and confidence. We were blessed to see how the seeds of past ministry continue to bear fruit.

Argentina: Deep Listening and Renewed Vision in South America

Our most recent stop was Argentina, where we spent time with both veteran and newer global workers. In collaboration with Azmera, we helped lead group gatherings for prayer and vision-sharing, as well as one-on-one care sessions to talk through personal challenges and long-term sustainability. There was a tangible sense of God’s presence in our conversations—guiding, healing, and stirring fresh hope.

Gratitude and Looking Ahead

We are humbled and thankful for the opportunity to care for those who are giving so much to others. Every conversation, prayer, and shared meal was a reminder that member care is not a luxury—it’s a lifeline. Thank you for partnering with us in this essential work.

As we look ahead to the next half of the year, we ask for your continued prayers for rest, resilience, and deep spiritual renewal for our global workers. More trips are on the horizon, and we are committed to continuing this journey with open hands and full hearts.
