The Shepherd Who Provides 

David knew firsthand the faithful care of God: “The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want” (Psalm 23:1). 

Our Shepherd may not always provide in ways that feel abundant, but He always gives what we need—and always at the right time. 

For those serving in hard places, His provision often arrives quietly and unexpectedly: 
a moment of unhurried time in His Word, 
a surprise care package from home, 
a trusted friend who listens without judgment, 
or a life-giving conversation that refreshes a weary soul. 

Even in dry and uncertain places, the Good Shepherd feeds, restores, and leads. He knows the needs of His servants more deeply than they know themselves—and He delights in meeting them. 

Today, trust that your Shepherd sees your need and will faithfully provide.
